The underlying intellectual property — including architecture innovations in post-quantum consensus, identity binding, deterministic smart-contract execution, native attestation record layers, self-authenticated transport, and on-device quantum-secure hardware — is held by an affiliated rights-holding entity and licensed to Blockie Talkie LLC for commercialization, enterprise support, and deployment.

Commercial use of these components requires a license through Blockie Talkie LLC. Use of the Bitcoin Attestation Network protocol itself does not.
