The Bitcoin Attestation Network protocol is open and permissionless. Commercial implementations, enterprise support, proprietary components, and government deployments are licensed through Blockie Talkie LLC so one entity is accountable for the engineering and the support contract.

Bitcoin Attestation Network protocol
Protocol specifications, reference implementations, public nodes, documentation, and the base Python SDK. Permissive licensing. Anyone can run a node, anchor attestations, or build on top.
Proprietary components
AttestoBind™, AttestoScript™, Memory Blocks™, BTCore™, PQTLS™, Toshi PQ1™ firmware, and enterprise support are licensed through Blockie Talkie LLC.

Self-authenticated post-quantum transport. No CA dependency , node identity is the certificate.

Intellectual property
Blockie Talkie LLC is the authorized licensing entity for the proprietary components listed above. The underlying intellectual property — including architecture innovations in post-quantum consensus, identity binding, deterministic smart-contract execution, native attestation record layers, self-authenticated transport, and on-device quantum-secure hardware — is held by an affiliated rights-holding entity and licensed to Blockie Talkie LLC for commercialization, enterprise support, and deployment.
Commercial use of these components requires a license through Blockie Talkie LLC. Use of the Bitcoin Attestation Network protocol itself does not.
