Sovereign AI

The Sovereign AI pitch starts with cost and ends with control. Most institutions are about to pay every vendor for the same hosted inference, while student, patient, citizen, or research data crosses multiple vendor boundaries. Proofnet changes the architecture. The institution owns one AI endpoint, the identity policy, the Memory Block record layer, and the audit trail. Vendors can still sell workflow tools, but they call the institution endpoint instead of owning the model boundary. The demo shows a local AI answer, the permitted records used, the signed output digest, and the packet a CIO or compliance team can review.
