PQTLS replaces the classical CA chain with a transport handshake tied to the peer's Proofnet identity binding. Kyber-1024 for post-quantum key exchange. ML-DSA-87 signatures on handshake messages. Node identity is the certificate; the CA chain is removed. Sessions become replayable transport proofs that auditors can verify without live sockets, and the handshake record is stored in Memory Blocks alongside every other attesto.
